We are looking for an experienced WELDER to join a long-term assignment in Horten, Norway.
If you have experience welding thin sheet metal using MIG and TIG and are able to work according to technical drawings, this could be the opportunity for you!
As a Welder at Adecco, you will have a varied working day and work on assignments for our client. It is important that you are able to work independently, pay attention to detail and take responsibility for the quality of your work, while also cooperating well with others.
Your main tasks will include:
Welding thin sheet metal using MIG and TIG
Working according to technical drawings
Following welding procedures
Ensuring high quality and accuracy in your work
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Welder
Experience working with thin sheet metal
Experience with MIG 131 and TIG 141 welding
Valid welding certificates/qualifications for 131 and 141
Ability to work according to technical drawings
Communicative English or Norwegian
Driving licence, category B
Good technical understanding
High attention to detail and quality
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Solution-oriented and flexible approach
Responsible and reliable
Available to start ASAP
If you do not have a D-number, Adecco can assist you with obtaining one.
What do we offer:
Atractive
37.5 working hours per week
Working hours: Monday–Thursday, 07:00–15:30
Shorter working day on Fridays
Local job – no rotation system
Accommodation available for approximately NOK 5,000–6,000 per month, paid by the candidate
Accommodation in a room
Up to NOK 1,500 reimbursement for the first trip
Start: ASAP
A long-term assignment due to an employee's absence
For the right candidate, there may be an opportunity for long-term employment and potentially a permanent position

You have a good technical understanding, pay attention to detail and take responsibility for your tasks. You are able to work independently but also enjoy being part of a team and cooperating with colleagues.
