We are looking for 5 experienced Roofers to join our client Norges Tak for projects in Nord-Trøndelag, Norway.

As a Roofer with Adecco, you will have a varied working day at our client’s projects. The main work will take place in Nord-Trøndelag, but some travel to other locations in Northern Norway and potentially other parts of Norway should be expected. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys independent work, practical tasks and varied projects.

As a Roofer, your main responsibilities will include:

• Hot air welding of asphalt roofing membranes

• Welding and installation of PVC membranes

• Roofing work on large buildings and private residential properties

• Carrying out work according to project requirements, quality standards and HSE regulations

• Working independently as well as together with colleagues on different projects

This is a temporary assignment with an immediate start. The project is planned until 18 December 2026.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with hot air welding

• Previous professional experience as a Roofer

• Trade certificate as a Roofer is an advantage, but extensive relevant experience may compensate

• Experience with asphalt and/or PVC roofing membranes

• Good understanding of HSE requirements

• English or Norwegian language skills

• A D-number is not required before starting – Adecco can assist with the process

We are looking for someone with practical experience in roofing and who is confident working with hot air welding. You work accurately and efficiently and take pride in delivering high-quality work.

You enjoy physical work and are comfortable working both independently and as part of a team. You are reliable, flexible and solution-oriented, with a positive attitude and the ability to adapt to different working environments and projects.

You should also be flexible regarding travel, as the assignment may involve work at different locations in Norway.
